Tip #1 - Nail Your Demo Center Navigation
When I built Klue's Demo Arena, I messed up...big time.
It looked beautiful, but the navigation between tours was a bit...messy. Writer and Cvent are here to show us how I SHOULD HAVE done it.
Both teams created beautiful Demo Centers that guide visitors exactly where they need to go, based on what they care about.
Unlike the Demo Arena, their Demo Centers:
- Are built like a resource center
- Make it easy to find relevant content
- Dramatically increase the chances that buyers will convert
Sometimes, going simple is the right way with your Demo Centers. Just check out theirs below π

Tip #2 - Your Product Overview Page Deserves Better
We all know the traditional approach to Product Overview pages.
The ol' hero image + three feature boxes + still images approach.
Well, Dooly just blew our minds by completely reimagining what a product overview page can be. Here's why we think it's brilliant:
- Still images are replaced with product tours
- The page is designed like a product page and not a demo center
- They've focused all of their website CTAs to drive prospects here
Dooly takes that concept to the extreme...and we LOVE it.

Tip #3 - When In Doubt, Take a Tour
Figuring out the right CTA is one of the most painful things in my life.
Most feel self-serving ("Talk to Sales!") or just plain awkward. That's why we're excited to see what Paystand did.
They've started using "Take the Product Tour" as a CTA at the end of their blog posts.
Not buried in navigation, not hidden behind a menu. But right there as the natural next step after reading their content.
This is π₯ because:
- It's a lower commitment than "Book a Demo"
- It maintains momentum from the blog's engagement
- It makes it easier for you and I to figure out what our CTA should be
It's similar to why we loved Vertice's "Not ready for a demo yet?" approach in Edition #5.
This is another example of meeting prospects exactly where they are in their journey.
